Lifetime Wellness Apparel is made to order EXCEPT for the American Heart Month Tee. The Deadline to order the American Heart Month Tee is January 23rd. Those will be produced at one time and all orders will be picked up by Susan McKinney and distributed. Please fill out your Facility Location for this shirt.

All other orders will be fulfilled and sent with paid shipping. If you would like to pick up at Rally Sportswear, please select Pick Up In Store at Checkout. We will notify you via email when your order is ready. The pick up location is at our new storefront located at 112 N 6th street in Midlothian.
